Welcome to the ASCEND program. You are about to begin your deeper healing journey. This is a four-week program designed to help elevate and expedite your personal growth. Now that you have made this vital step towards self-betterment, we have prepared an outline of the process before you arrive on site at Dimensions Algonquin Highlands.
ASCEND INTAKE:
SET UP YOUR PERSONAL PROFILE + INTAKE APPOINTMENT
Within two months of your selected
retreat date, you will receive a
welcome email to prompt your
account setup in our secure online
system via the Jane app.
Upon Jane account creation, you
will receive an email notifying you
an intake form has been emailed to
you. Follow the prompts to fill out
the form in Jane.
You will receive a link to schedule
an intake appointment including
guidance and next steps.
APPROVAL PROCESS
Our Clinical Director will review
your assessment results to confirm
that our retreat is the right one for
you. This can take up to two weeks.
ASCEND POST APPROVAL ONBOARDING:
CONSENT FORMS
Once approved for the program, you will receive a follow up email with the following:
A. Confirmation of approval into the program + retreat date.
B. A request to complete service consent forms and agreements via Jane.
C. Preparation information and resources.
D. The date + time of your Group Preparation video call.
PREPARING FOR YOUR ARRIVAL
2-3 weeks before your retreat
You will receive:
A. Details about location.
B. Recommended packing list.
C. A link where you can share your dietary preferences*
*Required within 72h of receipt; please provide us with this information so we are ready to meet your needs upon arrival.
REVIEWING YOUR RETREAT SCHEDULE
1-2 weeks before your retreat
You will receive an email with your onsite retreat schedule. Please review within 48h.

1-2 days prior
Our host team will send you a text message with details of your arrival from ph# 705-455-7874.
