Guided Preparation

Preparation for your retreat includes group psychotherapy and psychoeducation to prepare you for your stay. Through psychotherapy, we guide guests in connecting to their intentions for healing. Education on polyvagal theory will empower you, teaching you how to self-regulate your nervous system. Mindfulness-based practices provide a foundation for you to navigate challenging experiences.
