Dimensions has received its FEAST ON accreditation for the second year running. In celebration of this notable recognition of our culinary team’s respect for all things grown and made in Ontario we are celebrating with our food family this Family Day long Weekend.
The first long weekend of 2025 is soon upon us, and Dimensions has a nourishing culinary weekend on the menu. We’ll take care of you – body, mind and spirit – on a two-night stay filled with culinary and wellness programming from Saturday, February 15.
On this food-focused getaway, the Dimensions culinary team will shine a spotlight on Ontario farmers and food artisans, as well as the best winter produce, preserves, organic poultry and wild lake fish that our region has to offer.
During this all-inclusive reset at Dimensions Algonquin Highlands Dimensions, Chef de Cuisine Naz Arabani and Culinary Advisor Chef Jordan Wagman will share their nutrition-centred approach to enhancing your physical and mental health.
In a hands-on cooking class followed by a sit-down lunch at our harvest table, they’ll impart knowledge and tips about cooking flavourful anti-inflammatory and gut-health-focused dishes. Nearly every ingredient you savour – all weekend long – will be sourced from Ontario growers and food producers.
